The dual-CP rotation of the reflected signal at each pair of frequencies can be utilized as uplink/downlink for C- and X-bands SatCom. Four LP-to-CP conversion frequencies are 6.8 and 7.44 GHz in the C-band and 9.92 and 11.12 GHz in the X-band.
