We report the case of a 23-year-old young adult presenting with low back pain and dysuria, whose imaging revealed a voluminous metastatic prostate mass. Biopsy confirmed embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. Treatment was initiated with chemotherapy, resulting in significant regression of the tumour mass and metastases after 3 courses. Abstract
