Microscale thermophoresis (MST) and molecular docking test showed that <strong>Z6</strong> bound well with tobacco mosaic virus coat protein (TMV-CP). The biological safety test showed that <strong>Z6</strong> had almost no effect on seed germination and seedling growth. After treatment with <strong>Z6</strong>, the chlorophyll content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in tobacco leaves increased, while the malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased. Abstract

A series of flavonol derivatives containing piperidine sulfonamide were designed and synthesized.
