Method: This is a cross-sectional study, data collection took place during a SAD team meeting. Descriptive statistics were performed with simple frequencies. Results: The majority of SAD employees are female (89.5%), aged between 35 and 44 years old (42.1%), married or in a stable union (47.3%), and had a postgraduate degree. completed graduation (55.5%) and worked in the SAD for >111 months (36.8%).
