Abstract

Females improve equally to males with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome arthroscopy which includes labral repair and capsular closure. The equivalence in improvement may be related to routine capsular closure in all patients. The shift from dogma to clinical certainty can only be achieved by long term outcome tracking.
