The patient experienced significant enhancements in speech and quality of life without complications.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>This novel application of phrenic nerve PNS highlights its potential as a therapeutic strategy for intractable hiccups, underscoring their pathophysiologic involvement of the diaphragm and respiratory muscles. Abstract
