Serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and MGP levels were detected by ELISA. CAC scores were assessed by coronary CT scan. Multifactor analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors affecting CAC. The ability of serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and MGP levels to diagnose CAC was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curves.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Serum Klotho, fetuin-A, and MGP were independent risk factors for CAC. Abstract
