CGA, Geriatric 8 (G8) risk score, and hematopoietic cell transplant comorbidity index (HCT-CI) show association with prognosis, and should be validated in larger therapeutic trials. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a disease primarily affecting older adults.
