Result shows that, WFC negatively corelate with OCB and Workplace Spirituality shows greater correlation in predicting OCB in compare to WFC. Kindergarten teacher show highest OCB and workplace spirituality in compare to elementary and junior high school teachers. However, there is no significant different in term of WFC across demographic. Abstract
