Abstract

[Result/Conclusion] Because of its intelligent ability, connection ability and analysis ability, data empowerment provides tools for the information supply, information interaction and data application of Shantao, and is the basis for realizing communication and interaction, supply and demand matching and public welfare supervision. In addition, due to the problems of organizational convergence and immature technology, this development model still has many obstacles.
