This case study investigates the influence of geopolitics on sustainable tourism development in Sri Lanka, emphasizing the complexities arising from global power struggles. It explores how political factors such as competition for maritime dominance, unrest, and regional development shape economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainability.
