In the period from August 2022 to January 2023, quantitative research methods were used with 79 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via questionnaire using a Likert scale, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on staff performance, with a p-value reaching 0.000. Likewise, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on staff performance, with a p-value of 0.012.
