Econometric Analysis of Inflationary Processes in the Tula Region

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of inflation and possible factors that affect it at the regional level. The issues of formation of inflationary processes at the state level are considered. The analysis of statistical data on the inflation rate of the Russian Federation from 2003 to 2023 is carried out. The main factors influencing the inflation rate in the Tula region are highlighted. A study was conducted, during which statistical methods were used — regression and correlation analysis. The result of the study was the identification and assessment of the importance of factors influencing the inflation rate in the Tula region.
