Estimation of Significance of Adjustment and Execution of City Budget on Indices of Structural Differences

Abstract

This article analyzes and evaluates the significance of the structural differences between the original and updated budgets of the city of Lipetsk for 2022, as well as between the budgets of the city of Lipetsk for 2015 and 2022. Factors such as the linear coefficient of structural differences, the quadratic coefficient of structural differences, and the indices K. Gatev, A. Salai and V. M. Ryabtsev were used to estimate structural differences.
