This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were 180 nurses from Siloam Palembang Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated/census sampling method. The selection of the saturated / census sampling method was carried out because all populations were considered to have certain criteria to be studied and could be reached as a whole by researchers so that the population that would be sampled in this study amounted to 180 nurses. This study uses quantitative data types, where data is collected in a structured manner through measurement instruments such as questionnaires or systematic observations. The data analysis technique in this study used the help of SPSS software.
