Ten participants were interviewed, and data were analyzed using consensual qualitative research. This article focused on themes around transmisogynoir and (a) mental well-being, (b) social determinants of health, and (c) help seeking. Recommendations for BTW well-being interventions and future directions to promote BTW wellness are provided.
