This is why it is important to have drugs that are responsible for curing influenza A virus. In this review, the article will mainly focus on the synthesis and the binding mechanisms of oseltamivir and amantadine hydrochloride with influenza A virus. Apart from they are both used in curing the infection of Influenza A virus, another similarity of these two drugs is they both have some problems in different aspect. For instance, oseltamivir phosphate has a really complex synthesizing process comparing to most of the drugs we can see in the market. The problem of amantadine hydrochloride is even bigger.
