Abstract

Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings Family motivation has a significant positive effect on PCB and is positively associated with CGS. CGS is positively related to PCB and mediates the relationship between family motivation and PCB. The relationship between CGS and PCB is stronger when CSC is higher as opposed to lower.
