Specimens were randomly divided into 3 groups and filled with the single cone technique using AH Plus, Well-Root ST, and AH Plus Bioceramic Sealer, respectively. After two weeks, the root canal filling of all specimens was removed using Protaper Universal retreatment files. All specimens were scanned using micro-CT. Abstract
