Our findings underscore an increasing focus on ITG within the realm of higher education, a trend that has gained momentum in the aftermath of COVID-19. Notably, significant contributions to this field have emerged from Asia and Europe. Central to our study is the development of a novel ITG model, which is grounded in contingency theory and derived from a detailed case study conducted in five Moroccan universities. Abstract
