This work tries to briefly touch on these properties and explain them with simple examples. Abstract

Symmetry is a fundamental mathematical property applicable to the description of various shapes both geometrical and representational. Symmetry is central to understanding the nature of various objects. It can be used as a simplifying principle when structures are created.
