PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING THE LEGAL REGULATION OF CARGO ROAD TRANSPORTATION BY THE SELF-EMPLOYED

Рассмотрены особенности осуществления грузоперевозок самозанятыми, проведен анализ затрат и финансовых результатов грузоперевозок в зависимости статуса перевозчика (работник по найму, индивидуальный предприниматель, физическое лицо или самозанятый при заключении различных договоров), обозначены проблемные вопросы осуществления перевозок грузов самозанятыми, даны предложения по внесению изменений в законодательство Российской Федерации. The article considers the peculiarities of cargo transportation by self-employed, analyzes the costs and financial results of cargo transportation depending on the status of the carrier (employee, individual entrepreneur or selfemployed at the conclusion of various contracts), identifies problematic issues of cargo transportation by self-employed, gives proposals for amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
