Whether it’s a product launch or service delivery, practitioners want to achieve success in projects as well and they have their understanding of project success and dependence of it on various factors. This concept is still developing, as the projects constantly transform in dynamic market. Project success is connected to factors, which contribute to the project successful delivery. For the time-being it is not limited to triple constrains pyramid of time, cost, and budget. “Iron triangle” was the initial model for project management success, however, it reflected only general projects in the 20th century. Researchers establish new factors and frameworks analyzing, how companies reach success in different fields. At the same time the business expands, companies strive to extend their territories to more than one country, so become international, global as the time goes by. They way how this companies continue leading projects is a matter of research nowadays, they face challenges as cultural, language, communication, legal, etc. The purpose of this research is to define project success factors from the perspective of practitioners with project management experience in global companies. Conduct of survey, quantitative analysis was applied as a research method.
