Abstract

The article is devoted to the historical process of including the rights of citizens of the RSFSR into the basic laws of our state, and later – the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation. The corresponding norms of the Constitution of the RSFSR of 1918, the Constitution of the RSFSR of 1925, the Constitution of the RSFSR of 1978, the Constitution of the Russian Federation – Russia are analyzed in comparison, including in comparison with similar norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. 俄罗斯宪法中人权和公民权利与自由的立法整合史：比较法研究
