The data was collected with the aid of a self-administered questionnaire. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS software. The hypothesis was tested using the hierarchical regression analysis technique. Hierarchical and multiple regression models were employed to analyze the obtained data and test the hypotheses, utilizing the Hayes Process macro-4.2. The study found that hiring prac tices (β = .463, p < .001) were a significant predictor of service quality.
