Работа посвящена анализу двух точек зрения, сложившихся в доктрине уголовного права в части отнесения заранее обещанного несообщения о преступлении к институту соучастия в преступлении либо к институту прикосновенности к преступлению. The work is devoted to the analysis of two points of view that have developed in the doctrine of criminal law regarding the attribution of a previously promised failure to report a crime to the institution of complicity in a crime or to the institution of touching a crime.
