Abstract

The article discusses issues of theoretical and legal aspects of the development of cloud technologies, where relations in the field of use of cloud technologies are regulated by the norms of various branches of law. The experience of implementing the concept in the field of cloud technologies has been studied, taking into account the influence of information and communication technologies on this resource. It has been determined that the development and use of online services for the distribution and processing of digital data is impossible without the use of cloud technologies, which allow companies to quickly scale their resources in accordance with business needs.
