Abstract
The concept of rhetoric and its pedagogical outcomes have been widely discussed in the field of EFL teaching and learning. However, on a pedagogical level, a few researchers have attempted to examine how EFL teachers can help their students develop their reading skills through rhetorical consciousness-raising.
