Case 2 was a 50-year-old male with diabetic macular oedema. In the minutes following his FA, he developed cutaneous fluorescein staining descending along the dorsal forearm veins distal to the cannula in situ at the cubital fossa. Both patients were managed conservatively with the stain resolving in the next few days.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Cutaneous fluorescein staining around superficial vasculature is a rare phenomenon.
