A high bioavailability, biocompatibility, ability to cross blood brain barrier and modifiable surface properties give nanoparticles an upper edge over other strategies. Abstract

Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) are formed by the non-enzymatic attachment of carbohydrates to a biological macromolecule.
