Abstract

The dependence of the resistance of basic refractories to high-temperature plastic deformation under load on the amount of zirconium dioxide modifying additive is reported. Creep curves are presented and analyzed. ZrO2 nanoparticles (average particle size 100 nm) were added to the composition in the range 0.25 – 0.75 wt %.
