Abstract
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are cells of neutrophil and monocyte lineages with potent immunosuppressive activity. Numerous studies in mice and humans have identified important roles for MDSCs in suppressing the antitumour response and determining the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies.
