Abstract

The current state of research on composites containing graphene derivatives as nanofillers is considered. The results of works carried out at the Semenov Federal Research Center for Chemical Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences on the synthesis of filled composites based on polylactide and carbon nanofillers, reduced graphene oxide and graphite nanoplates, by two independent methods, ecofriendly solid-phase mixing of components under shear deformations and liquid-phase synthesis, are summarized. A comparative study of the mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties of the composites is performed depending on the production method and the nature of the used nanofillers, and their influence on the structure and complex of properties of the resulting composite materials is established.

摘要 考察了以石墨烯衍生物为纳米填料的复合材料的研究现状。综述了俄罗斯科学院谢苗诺夫联邦化学物理研究中心(Semenov Federal Research Center for Chemical Physics)在聚乳酸和碳纳米填料(还原氧化石墨烯和石墨纳米板)的基础上,通过剪切变形下的环保固相混合和液相合成两种独立方法合成填充复合材料的研究成果。根据生产方法和所用纳米填料的性质,对复合材料的机械、热和电特性进行了比较研究,并确定了它们对所制复合材料的结构和复合特性的影响。
