Discrepancies in approachability, acceptability, availability, affordability, and appropriateness were identified. Geographical isolation, discrimination, and a lack of LGBTQIA+-attuned professionals further compound these issues. Societal stigma, discrimination, and economic constraints hinder individuals from accessing and engaging in mental health services.
