However, the logistics system in Yakutia faces significant challenges stemming from issues of accessibility, climatic conditions, and regulatory constraints. This study employs the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR) method, providing a structured framework to prioritize key factors crucial for improving logistics decision-making.
