In this case, PT. Qtrans still lack of visibility and supervision, and there is no effective fleet monitoring and tracking system because Microsoft Excel still used to record the data. The data analysis reports on fleet management are still manual and do not support the fleet maintenance and maintenance process. The system development model carried out in this study uses the prototype method model.
