It ensures the formation of such an important managerial function of the future specialist as learning to plan his professional activities. Abstract

The article considers the problem of organization of educational practice, one of the ways to improve students' professional training. Several important provisions are highlighted, which emphasize the role of educational practice in the Faculty of Art Education in the professional development of students. It is noted that during the professional practice, the greater activation of the interaction between students and the head of the practice, the methodologist, taking into account the principle of individuality, ensures the full manifestation of the students' educational opportunities, the development of creative independence. Professional practice as a joint pedagogical activity conditions the formation of the ability of collective reflection and self-reflection, self-organization, which in turn contributes to the improvement of students' professional training.
