Differential Analysis test: ‘T’ test, ANOVA techniques were used by the researcher to analysis the data. The investigator found that female elementary school teachers exhibit more positive attitude towards Total Quality Management than their male counterpart (‘t’ value 2.74, p <0.05). The researcher observed that Urban elementary school teachers had a more positive attitude towards TQM than rural elementary school teachers (‘t’ value 6.52, p <0.05).
