While VExUS demonstrates promising outcomes, challenges persist, particularly in cases involving renal and liver parenchymal disease, arrhythmias, and situations of pressure and volume overload overlap. Proficiency in utilizing spectral Doppler is pivotal for clinicians to effectively employ this tool. Abstract
