Abstract
A 32-year-old female patient presented with persistent neck and pelvic floor pain. Despite extensive external evaluations and treatments, including medication and physiotherapy, she experienced no lasting improvement. An osteopathic examination revealed significant dysfunctional and structural findings, including talus dislocation and signs of neural irritation. After targeted osteopathic interventions, the patient reported complete and sustained symptom relief.
This report discusses the osteopathic approach in the context of current literature, emphasizing the importance of a deeper understanding of musculoskeletal interactions and neuroanatomical relationships.
