Tools: Data were collected by using: Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI), Resilience Scale (RS-14) and anticipated turnover survey (ATS) Results: Near to two thirds of staff nurses were reported positive practice environment, about two thirds of staff nurses reported high resilience level, more than two third of staff nurses had low intention to leave. There was a statistically significant negative correlation between nursing practice environment and intention to leave among staff nurses.
