Specifically, low perceptions of organizational justice are associated with increased incidences of uncivil behaviour among employees, which, in turn, have detrimental effects on their work withdrawal behaviours.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Originality/value</h3>\n<p>This study contributes to the existing literature by shedding light on the intricate relationships between organizational justice, workplace incivility and work withdrawal behaviour within the hotel industry context. Abstract

Purpose

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of employees' perceptions of organizational justice on workplace incivility and work withdrawal behaviours within the hotel industry. Additionally, the study aims to explore the mediating role of incivility in the relationship between organizational justice and work withdrawal behaviour.

Design/methodology/approach
