Abstract
A simple model for calculating the distribution of currents induced in a thin superconducting film by local AC magnetic field of a measuring coil is presented. The spatial distribution of the peak values of the current density in a sample is obtained, and the spectral composition of the response signal is considered depending on the amplitude of the drive current. The applicability of the model to real samples is presented.
