以全面品質管理金字塔模式推動全院醫療品質及病人安全，並遵循國家政策，持續發展及推動以病人為中心之願景及目標。將智慧醫療與資訊科技結合執行各項改善專案，發展創新品質整合醫療照護模式，並配合醫療品質及病人安全工作目標，推動病人及家屬參與，重視病人納入醫品病安改善作為，期望達到永續經營之目標理念，成為民眾最受信賴的醫學中心。  Using a comprehensive quality management pyramid model, the hospital promotes its overall healthcare quality and patient safety, adhering to national policies while continuously developing and advancing a patient-centered vision and objectives. By integrating smart healthcare with information technology, the hospital executes various improvement projects and develops innovative integrated medical care models. This approach aligns with healthcare quality and patient safety goals, encouraging patient and family participation and emphasizing the inclusion of patients in quality and safety improvement efforts.
