Providing needed and necessary support is an effective strategy that leads to competitive employment for individuals with disabilities, especially for the long term. Abstract

The employment of individuals with disabilities is significantly low. The aim of the journal will be to publish articles on all aspects of research with the developmentally disabled, with any methodologically sound approach being acceptable.
