The relationship between the COVID-19 burnout levels of nurses and their holistic nursing competence: a cross-sectional study.

The mean score of nurses who worked ≤ 40 hours a week on average on the total HNCS was significantly higher (<i>p</i> < 0.05). In this study, it was determined that nurses' COVID-19 burnout levels and holistic nursing competence were high. Abstract
