Herein, we summarized advanced studies and the latest insights on immune inhibitory factors in the tumor microenvironment. Abstract
Recent advances in cancer immunotherapy, especially immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), have revolutionized the clinical outcome of many cancer patients.
