Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to determine the DNA damage induced by Bisphenol A (BPA) and Bisphenol S (BPS) on MCF7 cell line. Material and Method: DNA damage was determined by COMET assay in MCF7 cell line at 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10 and 50 μM concentrations of BPA and BPS. Result and Discussion: All BPA and BPS concentrations studied (0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, 10 and 50 μM) significantly induced DNA damage on MCF7 cell line compared with control (p<0.05).
