A case study was conducted based on a project example from a certain power grid company in China. Abstract

Reasonable grid line engineering asset management is an important means for power companies to improve economic efficiency under the new electricity reform situation. 电网线路工程项目成本的经济生命周期模型
合理的电网线路工程资产管理是新电改形势下电力企业提高经济效益的重要手段。本文基于全寿命周期理论,从线路资产购置角度出发,运用到退役全过程造价的视角,分析了线路工程建设到退役报废全过程的造价。通过计算全寿命周期最小年成本,确定线路经济寿命,我们构建了电网线路工程全寿命周期经济成本框架,提出了电网线路最佳退役时间模型,即经济寿命模型。基于中国某电网公司的项目实例进行了案例研究。本文的研究成果可以降低电网企业运行维护的经济成本,提高投入产出效率,为优化电网企业线路工程等电力资产的管理提供参考建议。
