Abstract

A new library of tetrazole rings with oxazole-pyrimidine derivatives (9a–j) has been developed and synthesized. All of the compounds were characterized using spectral data. These were then tested for in vitro anticancer activity against four human cancer cell lines: prostate cancer (PC3 & DU-145), lung cancer (A549), and breast cancer (MCF-7) using an MTT assay.
